Para ver a ría de Muros e Noia completa hai que subir ao monte Iroite (miradorio da Balconada). Pero se te asomas pola vertente sur tamén contemplas a ría de Arousa e chegas a divisar as illas Ons e Cíes.
Dende o cumio baixan os paxaros en parapente ata a praia da Aguieira, con pouco vento o percorrido dura uns 10 minutos.
E alá arriba, a máis de 600 metros, varias greas de cabalos aproveitan a herba namentres as crías descansan.
